

Introduction
The Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service provides learners with a combination of essential customer service knowledge, as well as the skills required for those who wish to pursue or further a career in customer service.
Entry requirements
There are no specific entry requirements.
As this is a competency-based qualification, learners will need to be assessed in the workplace.
Qualification structure
Learners must complete all five units (19 credits) from mandatory Group A, a minimum of 3 credits from optional Group B, and a minimum of 16 credits from optional Group C. A maximum of 7 credits can come from optional Group D. A minimum of 45 credits must be achieved at Level 2 or above.
