It is recommended that you contact your original training provider to replace your certificate. However, it is possible for Active IQ to provide a replacement. Complete the Replacement Certificate Request Form and email it to [email protected]. The cost is £15 plus VAT, payable by card.

Active IQ courses are delivered by approved centres, not directly by Active IQ. An approved centre is a training organisation authorised to deliver Active IQ qualifications.
Active IQ is an awarding organisation recognised by Ofqual and Qualifications Wales. Active IQ design and develop qualifications that are delivered through a network of approved centres.
Prices for our qualifications are set by the delivering training organisation.
Active IQ qualifications are recognised in the UK and respected globally.
Certain Active IQ Level 3 qualifications earn UCAS points.
Results are dependent on who marks the exam— this can be your training centre or Active IQ, your training provider can supply more information.
It is best to raise concerns with the training centre first using their complaints procedure. If a complaint is not resolved then it can be escalated to Active IQ following the Complaints Policy.
Inform your training provider as early as possible of any prior learning for assessment.
Approved centres may offer face-to-face, distance, or blended learning.
Most centres use Active IQ manuals or our eLearning platform to support the delivery of our qualifications, so please check this before investing in resources yourself. However, if you do wish to purchase resources independently, you can do so by contacting Active IQ.
