The Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Activity Leadership underpins the role of an activity leader within the active leisure sector and is appropriate for individuals that are planning, delivering and evaluating activity sessions.

Entry Requirements

There are no specific requirements for this qualification.

As this is a competency-based qualification, learners will need to be assessed in the workplace.

Qualification Structure

Learners must achieve 6 mandatory units (25 credits) and 2 optional units (minimum of 5 credits).

Career Progression

Level 3 Certificate in Supporting the Delivery of Physical Education and School Sport.
Level 3 Coaching qualifications.
