Active IQ Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading

Introduction

The Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading provides learners with the in-depth knowledge and skills required to become team leaders and/or section leaders, floor managers, help desk managers, trainee supervisors and team-coordinators.

Entry requirements

There are no specific entry requirements.

As this is a competency-based qualification, learners will need to be assessed in the workplace.

Qualification structure

Learners must complete a minimum of 40 credits: 22 credits from mandatory Group A and a minimum of 12 credits from optional Group B. A maximum of 6 credits can come from optional Group C.
