Introduction

The aim of the Level 1 Award in Lifestyle Management is to provide learners with an introduction to lifestyle management, leisure time and healthy eating.

Entry Requirements

There are no specific entry requirements.

Qualification Structure

Learners must complete the three mandatory units (6 credits) from Group A and one unit (2 credits) from Group B. A total of 8 credits must be achieved.
