Active IQ is introducing a webshop to streamline, simplify and speed-up the ordering process for Centres buying learning resources and support materials.
The sophisticated new platform replaces the manual ‘order form/email trail’ ordering and tracking system and will reduce the time between submission of an order to its despatch. Centres can collate a basket to save for a future date: making the checkout process even quicker. The Webshop programming allows full visibility of the tracking process enabling Centres to see the progress of their order.
Initially, all the Active IQ learning resources that relate to its qualifications will be available to buy online including learner manuals and student assessment portfolios. Later, Active IQ will add other materials and products – such as branded merchandise and posters.
“The main benefits of the Webshop are the improved speed, efficiency and convenience for our Centres,” says Jenny Patrickson, Active IQ Managing Director. “They can see all available materials online and order what they need in just a few clicks. By taking out the previous ‘email trail’ process, we can receive and fulfil orders more quickly and efficiently than before. Our trial pilot phase is going smoothly, and we aim to give all Centres access to the Webshop by the end of this year.”
