The aim of this qualification is to provide learners with the opportunity to show competency overtime in the essential knowledge and skills required by those who wish to pursue or further a career in the outdoors. There are three pathways which learners can choose from depending upon their focus.
There are no specific entry requirements but a basic level of communication is required.
The learner must achieve a minimum of 45 credits. All 38 credits must be achieved from all seven mandatory units, and a minimum of two optional units.
