Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Management

This qualification is aimed at developing those working as first line managers, section managers, assistant managers, trainee managers, senior supervisors, junior non-commissioned officers (armed forces) and those working in a range of other management positions.

There are no specific entry requirements.

As this is a competency-based qualification, learners will need to be assessed in the workplace.

Learners must achieve a minimum of 55 credits. Five units in mandatory Group A (31 credits), a minimum of 17 credits from optional Group B and a maximum of 7 credits from optional Group C.
