The aim of the Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service and Professional Development is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills to work in a customer-facing environment, delivering good customer care and working effectively with internal and external customers.

There are no specific entry requirements.

Learners must complete the three mandatory units (16 credits).

  • Coursework/Project.
  • Portfolio of Evidence.

£38.50 Registration / Certification fee

  • Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service.
  • Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service.
