What do I need to do?

• Complete the Active IQ Endorsement Application Form
• Sign the declaration
• Submit to Active IQ by the 21^st of each month to be considered by the Active IQ Qualifications Review Group to receive initial feedback by the 11^th of the following month.

Intellectual property

Any application for endorsement that is found to be using another’s work / intellectual property without the correct written permission will have their application rejected. In the event that a centre has gained Active IQ endorsement and is subsequently found to be using another’s work / intellectual property without the correct written permission(s) will have their endorsement revoked. Active IQ can in no way be held responsible for infringments on any third party’s copyright or intellectual property rights.
