Active IQ

Introduction

Active IQ is recognised by the regulatory authorities in England (Ofqual), Wales (DfE) and Northern Ireland (CCEA) to develop and deliver regulated qualifications and as such have to adhere to various regulatory requirements and standards. Most of our centres are content to only offer regulated qualifications; however some centres also offer in-house training and learning programmes to meet specific needs.

Whilst such centres are content that these programmes do not lead to nationally regulated qualifications they have asked that Active IQ provides an independent endorsement programme in order to provide some external scrutiny of their arrangements. Therefore, Active IQ now offers an endorsement scheme to centres that wish to carry a specific Active IQ logo on their in-house programmes.

• Enhanced value of courses / programmes
• Increased motivation of learners
• Improved recruitment and retention on courses / programmes

We offer a range of optional services within our endorsement programme which enable us to:

• Endorse courses, programmes, workshops and / or training days
• Identify the relationship of your course with existing Active IQ units and qualifications
• Technically review course materials
• Offer external certification
• Provide an Active IQ endorsement logo which can be used on course materials
• Provide additional quality assurance of an in-house course, programme, workshop or training programme
• Provide bespoke branding and marketing

Active IQ endorsement lasts for one year and is renewable.

What do I need to do?

Complete the Active IQ Endorsement Application Form and submit to Active IQ by the 21st of each month to be considered by the Active IQ Qualifications Review Group to receive initial feedback by the 11th of the following month.
