Introduction

This qualification is for 'junior' Sales managers, or Sales team leaders, with some responsibility for either supervising others and/or making decisions in the implementation of Sales strategies/plans. Such a person is likely to have at least some experience within the Sales profession, and will give them the opportunity to prove their competence over time in the workplace.
Candidates must complete all units from mandatory group A and four units from optional group B
