Introduction

This qualification is appropriate for individuals working in a customer facing environment.This NVQ consists of two mandatory units plus five optional units. The five optional units must include at least one unit from each theme. Seven units in total must be achieved to attain the Level 2 NVQ, which are delivered and assessed in the work place.

Mandatory units – Theme - Customer Service Foundations

All candidates must successfully complete the following units:

  • Prepare Yourself to Deliver Good Customer Service (M/102/4501)
  • Provide Customer Service within the Rules (J/102/4505)

Additional units

Candidates must complete five other units(at least one from each theme)
