To provide candidates with the essential customer service knowledge and skills required by those who wish to pursue or further a career in Active Leisure.

The units are structured with a vocational emphasis giving candidates the opportunity to gain a nationally accredited qualification which provides essential knowledge, techniques and personal qualities required for an occupation in this sector.
