How much do the courses cost?

Can the learner enrol themselves on a course?
No, Active IQ must enrol every learner onto the specified course. The learner is registered by the tutor or Active IQ staff, who will send out the user details to the required email addresses.
How do I go about starting online courses?
To start offering our courses online all you need to do is be an approved Active IQ centre. Please contact info@activeiqacademy.co.uk for further information.
How do I register students for online courses?
Please contact registrations@activeiqacademy.co.uk.
If I am a student how do I access the course once enrolled?
Logon to the Academy (via the login button at the top of this website) and go to My Dashboard > then My Courses. Once here you will see a list of the courses you are currently enrolled on. Click the appropriate link to be taken into the qualification. Here you will see the course broken down into sections - each slide in the section must be viewed to be marked as ‘completed’. There is a user guide under the help section, please refer to this for a full explanation of the platform and its features.
Are there any specific requirements needed to view the online content?
You will need Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer, which can be downloaded free of charge from the Adobe website. You will also need to ensure your computer is able to play sound as some of the videos include audio.
What if I still can’t view the online courses after downloading the player?
You may need to change your internet security settings making the Active IQ website a "trusted site". Depending on the web browser you are using this can be found under Tools > Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites.
Demonstration account
If you would like to demo the content, you can request a free account via the Demo Account sign in page. This will ask you to register your details initially. The account will then be activated by a member of the Active IQ staff, who will then return a username and password for you to view three sample sections of online material.
