September sees the launch of Active IQ’s sister company, Active IQ Academy, which will provide eLearning and online resources for training providers to use in the delivery of active leisure courses.
Ideal for training providers seeking flexible, cost effective training methods, Active IQ Academy’s eLearning library includes units in key skills, fitness instructing, personal training, customer service and leisure operations & management, through to specialist units on exercise referral, the management of low back pain and obesity & diabetes. The eLearning is available in full qualifications or individual units.
Yvonne Cooper, Director of Active IQ Academy said: "We were seeing an increasing demand for eLearning and saw an opportunity for the Academy to reach more learners and potentially lower delivery costs for training providers, resulting in more accessible, flexible training."
