11 Sep 2009Active IQ changes its External Verification strategy for 2009/2010

Active IQ has changed its External Verification strategy for 2009/2010 and our Lead Verifier, Carl Bromilow explains the reasons behind this:

The Active IQ EV strategy is currently based on the NVQ Code of Practice guidelines of two visits a year; however they are guidelines that are set for approved centres that have NVQ provision. Many of our approved centres are also approved with other awarding bodies so therefore the burden of monitoring visits throughout the year can be high for centres. With this in mind; we have revised our current EV strategy in order to remove some of this burden, whilst ensuring that we keep the level of support that we currently give.

For more information and what it means for you as an approved centre, please contact your External verifier.
