Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES)


About the CES course
On successful completion of CPT there is the option for continued personal development within a specialist area. The two CPD courses available are the NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) or the NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES).

The NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM CES) was developed in response to the growing need for professionals with the ability to assist clients experiencing musculoskeletal impairments, muscle imbalances or rehabilitation concerns. The CES provides the advanced knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully work with clients suffering from musculoskeletal impairments, imbalances or post-rehabilitation concerns.

What will the CES course include?
With eleven modules of information on important corrective exercise topics such as movement assessments, inhibitory techniques, muscle activation techniques and common musculoskeletal impairments, the CES personal training program arms professionals with the most innovative education tools and techniques for optimal results.

• Multiple choice theory exam (3 attempts 70% pass mark)
