Q. My CPT credential has expired. How do I go about recertifying?
A. You can recertify your CPT credential directly with NASM. The International NASM CPT credential must be recertified every two years. The purpose of recertification is to ensure that qualified professionals maintain their knowedge level by completing an online recertification examination. CPT recertification is handled by NASM directly, and currently costs $99 upon completion of an application form. Q. I would like to use the NASM-Certified logo to promote my business. Is this possible?
A. Yes. All NASM Certified Personal Trainers are strongly encouraged to promote their NASM credentials. In order to support this, qualified professionals can gain access to the NASM logo for print or online marketing purposes. Please use this link to complete a request form, verifying your certification and intended use of the NASM logo.
Q. Can I download OPT programme card templates for use with my clients?
A. Yes. NASM has a great online Trainer Resource centre, where you will find additional information, tools and OPT templates designed to help you become a personal trainer, or further your personal training career. Please use this link for more information.
