I am a student and i have passed all of my assessments for my Active IQ qualification - When will i receive my certificate/s?

Once you have passed all of your assessments your Training Provider is responsible for requesting certificates from Active IQ. When we receive the certificate request we will generate the certificate/s and return them to your Training Provider within 15 working days. It is your Training Provider's responsibility to then forward the certificate/s on to the student.
