We recognise that the active leisure industry is an industry where individuals do not have 9 to 5 job roles and in order to provide you with a greater level of service the Active IQ customer service team are now contactable from 7.30am until 9.00pm Monday to Friday. Please note that between 7.30 am to 8.30 am and 5.30 pm to 9.00 pm services may be limited and if we cannot deal with your request immediately we will ensure that it is prioritised and dealt with as soon possible.
