Tutors
Tutors should hold, or be working towards a teaching qualification. The following are acceptable:
- Active IQ introduction to teaching (for those in the first year of their appointment to a teaching/training post)
- Award in preparing to teach in the lifelong learning sector (for those in the first year of their appointment to a teaching/training post)
- Certificate in teaching in the lifelong learning sector
- Diploma in teaching in the lifelong learning sector
Tutors must also have:
- A relevant industry qualification
- Appropriate occupational experience.
