Online Registration and Certification
Active IQ is delighted to announce that we now provide our approved centres with a new online registration and certification system. Our online service is far superior to the current email and paper based system that our centres have been using and this new system will allow centres to do the following:
- register learners
- claim certificates
- view each learner’s records/history held securely on the Active IQ database
How to access and log onto the Active IQ online registration and certification system
To initially get your centre enrolled on the new online registration and certification system Active IQ needs to create your centre an unique centre log in. Please contact zoe@activeiq.co.uk with the following information;
- Your administrators full name and email address (person responsible for registering learners)
- Your Internal Verifier’s full name and email address (person responsible for claiming certificates)
You will be sent a user guide detailing how to use the system when you receive your username and password. You can also call Zoe at Active IQ on 01480 467950 who will be able to assist you with any questions. The online registration and certification system link is http://quartz.activeiq.co.uk/QuartzWeb.
How to register learners
To register learners you simply download our EDI registration spreadsheet. Once completed you upload the spreadsheet onto the online system and select which qualification you want the learners to be registered on to. You will then receive an email to confirm Active IQ has received your registration and you will also be notified by email when the document has been processed by Active IQ. How to claim for certificates
To claim for certificates you simply download a spreadsheet which will have the learners names and units for the qualifications you have registered them on. Once you have completed the spreadsheet you can upload it onto the online system. You will receive email notification that Active IQ has received the document and also when the document has been processed. For a step-by-step tutorial, please click play on the video above.
Learner history
You can use the online system to find out which learners you have registered, what qualifications they are registered for and which certificates have been claimed. This allows you to track your learners effectively at every stage of their learning.
